OUR BLOGGING GUIDELINES
Comments will not be directed to you for any posts, unless so desired.
Many of you have either great Blog posts to submit right away, or articles that you have written that you feel are appropriate.
a) It is important to keep the posts shorter if possible – 300-500 word range is best – especially if you are targeting management and executive level executives. If your post is longer, it should be formatted to provide highlights first. This arrangement gives executives the ability to quickly decide whether to continue reading the remainder of the posting.
b) If you have longer articles that you want to post, consider breaking them up into several postings.
c) Creative post headings are important to make it attractive as well as search-able.
d) Decide the appropriate Framework heading(s) that apply to the post when submitting it. Multiple headings may often be the case and is not a restriction. I will review your selection(s) and dialogue with you if I think that they should be changed. When selecting the category note the definitions of each that become visible as you hover over them.
3. The Framework provides a rich and broad range for many subject matters. However it is not exclusive and you should not feel restricted by it. Although it may initially be categorized under the uncategorized label, if there are sufficient blogs under that theme, a new category will be created.
4. The language for Blog postings is most acceptable to every audience type if it is straight forward and easy to read. Too high a language level can limit the readership of the post.
