Objectives

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE BLOG

1. To deliver ideas on organization development to leaders of any type and size of organization. For those that are motivated to improve/optimize their organizations these ideas and insights can help fuel that objective.
2. To create a quality content library that supports each of the 5 universal Strategic Challenges and 15 Essential Capabilities that apply to any size and type of organization as contained in the organization framework put forth.
   
3. To develop a network of leaders/consultants who will contribute their ideas and insights to the Blog and may also want to add value to the topic of organization improvement and optimization.
4. To marry subject matter expertise with organization leaders/managers who wish to dialogue/engage with experts in each area.
